Traditional curio shelves have been around for many years, and are a great way to display small collectible items together. The problem has always been how to accomodate different sized articles within the same shelf. Not any more! With our unique design of combining the different lengths of slats, and with your imagination, you are now able to self assemble your own shapes of curio shelves and display a variety of sizes of your small collectibles.

The curio shelf kit is $45 with FREE SHIPPING and contains a total of 20 slats, 2 of each length. From this kit there is almost no end to the configurations you can make.

Assembly of your curio shelves is easy! You simply push-fit the notches together to form right angles and, by using different lengths, you create the different sizes and shapes of boxes. There will be empty notches that will be visible, however when your collectibles are on display, the notches are not too noticeable.

To hang your creation, hold it against the wall to a level line and put pencil marks in the upper corners of a few of the boxes, then put some headless nails in the marks and your design will hang on the nails. Because of the close proximity to the wall, there is not enough weight on any one nail to make it necessary to put the nails into studs.

Important Note: Made of a durable composite material, the slats are a light beige in color and are neutral to any decorating colors. Finished curio shelves may be painted if you choose, however, if you choose to paint them AFTER assembly, your design[s] will become permanent.

Finally, because of the precision with which the slats are cut, care needs to be taken when assembling and taking your curio shelves apart.
